Refund and Returns Policy
1. Eligibility for Return
You are eligible for a return or exchange only if:

The product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

You report the issue within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

You provide the Order Invoice (found inside your parcel) as proof.
📌 Note: Return requests made after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Required Documentation
To process a return, you must:

Send a clear photo of the product showing the damage or issue.

Share a photo of the Order Invoice.

If applicable, send an unboxing video as additional proof.
3. Pickup & Processing

Our support team will verify your request within 48 hours.

If approved, a pickup request will be initiated to collect the item from your address.

Items must be returned in original condition with:

Seals/tags intact
-
Original packaging
-
Accessories, manuals, and warranty cards (if any)

⚠️ Returned items will go through a Quality Check. If the product is found used, tampered, broken, or returned without proper packaging, the request will be rejected.
4. Refunds
If the item is:

Out of stock, or
-
A refund is approved after return verification,
Then the refund will be processed within 48 hours to your provided bank account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash number.
🛑 We do not offer cash refunds.
5. Return Shipping Charges

If your request is approved, Highfy will bear all courier charges for pickup and re-dispatch of the correct item.
6. Important Notes

Parcel pickups can take 6–8 working days, depending on courier availability.

In case of missing items, warehouse camera footage will be reviewed before approval.
-
Recording an unboxing video is highly recommended to support your claim.
