1. Order Placement

  • Once you place an order, a confirmation message will be sent via WhatsApp or email.

  • Orders placed with manual payment methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Sadapay, Bank Transfer) must be confirmed by sending a payment screenshot along with your Order ID to our WhatsApp number.

  • Orders will only be processed once payment is verified.

2. Product Availability

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • If an item goes out of stock after payment, a refund will be issued within 48 hours.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch your order within 2–4 working days.

  • Delivery time may vary based on your location and courier performance.

  • Standard delivery may take 3–7 working days.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices listed are final and include all applicable taxes.

  • We offer multiple payment options: Cash on Delivery, Easypaisa, JazzCash, Sadapay, and Bank Transfer.

5. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it is dispatched.

  • Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.

6. Unboxing Video Requirement

To prevent disputes, we highly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your parcel. This helps in verification in case of:

  • Missing items

  • Damaged or incorrect products

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:

  • Natural disasters or national emergencies

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Courier errors or mishandling
